We want you to be completely satisfied with your robotic mowing experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original condition and packaging. If your Navimow doesn't meet your lawn care expectations, our team is here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team via the official Navimow portal or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • 2.
    Prepare the Equipment

    Clean the robotic mower and its accessories thoroughly, ensuring all components, including the charging station and GNSS antenna, are securely placed back in the original factory packaging.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and functionality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
